JUST TRY TO PUT A LITTLE EFFORT!!


 

In this modern generation each one of us loves to remain as fit as a fiddle. But most of us think that,  sticking to green salads always,hitting  to gym regulary &  avoiding junk foods, can only lead to a healthy lifestyle…. Plzzzzz guys just wake up & think practically , we can keep the calorie count low without  losing out on all the  fun. 😊

I too love eating junk, fried foods once in a while .. &  the best thing  you  all can know that I am very much enthusiastic about dining out….

 

However, most of us has a nightmare  that dining out is a’ slippery slope’. It’s easy  to blame  the binge on people & the surroundings that there was nothing healthy on the menu or that my friends offered a bite of the dessert & I couldn’t  say no…. these are all excuses. So by saying yourself  that you are on a diet it’s  better to make sensible choices. Always choose a restaurant wisely &  then check out the healthy choices on offer.IMG-20160214-WA0003

Any cuisine, whether  it’s Indian, Chinese, Japanese  or Italian  each one of us has health options… It’s better not to land up for a lunch or dinner  outing unprepared  bcoz  we may more likely to succumb to temptation.

The other rule that’ll come handy:

Don’t starve during the day just bcoz you are going out for dinner. This approach  tends to make you more susceptible  to mindless eating. The bread basket & complimentary  crisps will be hard to resist on an empty stomach.
